About Us
Who am I? What makes me different? Am I better or worse than others? What is wrong with me?
These are questions we often ask ourselves unconsciously—but are they really necessary? The answer is no.
A survey conducted by the founder of the MindFULL Project found that every participant had felt “small” at least once, with peers, society, self-perception, and adults being the main contributors. No one felt happy; only sad, lonely, and insecure.
Adolescents are the future and the world’s change-makers, yet pressure and judgment can hold them back from growing, discovering themselves, and finding their voice. MindFULL Project creates a space where teens are surrounded by understanding peers, protected from self-doubt, and able to be vulnerable while seeking and sharing advice.

“Every person has lots of ingredients to make them what is always a one-in-a-kind creation. We are all imperfect genetic stews.”
- Willow, Counting by 7's
Our Story
Growing up, I never felt like I truly belonged. School and social circles never seemed to fit me, and I often felt behind while others moved ahead. That feeling of insecurity stayed with me for years.
Then I discovered expression—through writing, art, and music. It gave me space to be myself without fear or restrictions, and inspired me to create that same safe space for others. In 6th grade, I started a small website where friends shared poetry, art, and music. What began as a hobby quickly grew into something bigger.
Alongside a friend, I co-founded the Literature and Arts Club (LAC), a space where students could explore creativity at their own pace. From five members, it grew to 32 and became an official school club.
I also joined the LIFE Board, helping peers with self-care and mental wellness. Between leading clubs, performing music, and refereeing fencing, I learned that helping others is challenging but deeply rewarding. These experiences taught me perseverance, empathy, and leadership.
All of this came together in the MindFULL Project—a place where teens can express themselves, connect with understanding peers, have personalized guidance, and feel truly supported.
