You belong here, in the modern graffiti of health. MindFULL is where coping becomes visible, imperfection is celebrated, and resilience is shared.
Our Mission:
MindFULL was born out of hurt. And here, we believe that no one deserves to live a life of sadness or anger. Our mission is to make everyone feel visible, no matter age, gender, sexuality, or race, to make sure that no one has to go through the horrors of life that make a child grow up too fast ever again. Of course, this won’t happen overnight, nor in a year. Which is why we need your help to make this a lasting project.
The Problem:
The world is always evolving, but it seems to be more difficult to live than ever before. Many times, people have to fight the system just to stay afloat. A common question is why there seem to suddenly be so many neurotypical people now, as if there was something in the air that we are all breathing in. This, however, is inaccurate. The simple answer is that the system is no longer in favor of survival, we are literally fighting it. There is no longer room for people to hide anymore, and only the most adaptable can survive. However, life isn’t always about survival. And MindFULL is here to help anyone who feels, even a little bit less than adequate.
What We Do
At MindFULL, we like to support teens through action. Through substack, we are pursuing real, concrete action with our monthly newsletter. Teens are free to submit pieces to be featured! Even more so, teens can chat with our author, comment on our posts, creating a discussion that is open to all. On popular social media platforms such as Discord, we offer free counseling services, where you can vent to one of our most trusted team members.
Get Involved
MindFULL is built on community, and we want to highlight your voice as well! Share your art to be featured on our site, enter pieces for the newsletter, or just be here. You can subscribe to our newsletter on Substack, join conversations, and comment! But there’s also another very special way to help out. Just be you. Be proud. And be like a dandelion. That’s all we really want.
“Every person has lots of ingredients to make them what is always a one-in-a-kind creation. We are all imperfect genetic stews.”
